Q. How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
A. Your personalized order will ship to arrive in approximately 10-14 days. If you require Express shipping please contact us.

Please remember that we create each gift individually for you or your recipient and quality is key.


Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. You will be notified when your order ships from our offices by Email. When available, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.


Q. Can I track my order online?
A. Orders are sent UPS, USPS and Fedx. Not all of these orders can be tracked. When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you via email in your shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.


Q. Can I return a personalized item?
A. thePersonalizedGiftStore stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is manufacturing error. If your product has an error you may return it for an exchange or refund.

Cancellations and changes must be made by 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time of the same day you place your order. To ensure that your change is received, use the contact form on the website, or call our customer service department at 1-866-893-1328.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.


Q. I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
A. We understand that everyone makes mistakes, especially on spelling and dates! Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 25% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. The Personalized Gift Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.


Q. Do you offer Quantity Discounts?
A. The Personalized Gift Store does offer quantity discounts. If you refer to the product page the quantity discounts are displayed there.


Q. Can you ship directly to a recipient?
A. Yes, when placing your order you will have the opportunity to enter both billing and shipping information separately.
