How long does it take?
Every gift is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then US shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 15 for US delivery before Christmas.
Is shipping free?
Yes, free US shipping on orders over $50.
Do you offer bulk pricing?

What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it free. Because each item is personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
